Whether you’re a slots enthusiast, a slots streamer or enjoy playing in the brick-and-mortar casinos come along and join us in playing and content creating.
Our very own social media manager Ella Briggs interviewed the Vegas Sisters on their insight into the slot streaming industry and Vegas as a whole:
How did you guys get into streaming slots?
Vegas Sisters: We have been playing for a while and we’re watching other streamers, and decided to share our wins and losses with everyone.
What are your “go to” casinos that you like to play in?
Vegas Sisters: We honestly enjoy playing at any casino on the strip – but we enjoy the Cosmo, Venetian, Aria, and we enjoy the casinos also on the residential side since they’re like 5 minutes from us.
What is your experience like with streaming? What are your highlights?
Vegas Sisters: We love streaming but sometimes in the casino it could be a little awkward at times. We’re not used to having a whole lot of attention while we play and having the whole set up there definitely brings it to us. We love meeting new people and seeing those who watch our channel and support us in person is a really cool experience
What advice would you give to someone coming to Vegas for the first time?
Vegas Sisters: Definitely to Uber to places because things are really a lot further than they seem. Check out all of the cool things to do but don’t overwhelm yourself.. there is something new to see and do every day. Go see the Bellagio for the Botanical Gardens and make sure you check out all of the shopping here!
What is your favorite thing about the job?
Vegas Sisters: Our favorite thing about the job is getting to go back and watch all of our plays but also providing some entertainment to those who can’t make it to the casinos themselves. We love the social media world and it’s so cool we can turn what we love into a potential career.
What is your favorite casino in Vegas and why?
Vegas Sisters: We love the Cosmopolitan and also the Rampart Casino on the local side of town! The Cosmo is very luxurious and you just always have such a fun time when you’re there! So many good restaurants and shopping and the machines pay pretty well.
Away from the Casinos, what is your favourite thing about LV?
Vegas Sisters: The restaurants!!!!
Do you have a favorite slot game that you always go back to? and why?
Vegas Sisters: Yes we love the dragon link machines and we play them quite a lot! We love the game and the pay outs.
In some East coast states (MI, NJ, PA, WV) you can play online casinos. Would this be welcomed in NV or is the consensus this would pull people away from physically stepping into the casinos?
Vegas Sisters: I think they would agree to it because sometimes you don’t want to go in public, it’s nice to get to play from home too.
Tell us about the Fremont Street experience. Any tips? Best places to go, what makes it so different from the strip?
Vegas Sisters: This is like old vegas! It is so cool to see how the first strip was and the casinos there are really fun. We actually hit our first grand jackpot down at Fremont street. It’s so cool to see the performers and see the night life there. There’s always live music and a screen show going on on the ceiling during the night.
What are the best spots to eat and drink in Vegas?
Vegas Sisters: There are so many amazing spots on and off the strip in Vegas. We have been to many great spots, and can definitely tell you our favorite restaurants in each hotel. A great speakeasy vibe with great food off the strip is Herbs and Rye! We love it there.
How did you build up your following?
Vegas Sisters: We just try to be our authentic selves and be consistent with posting! The slot community is also so supportive and they helped us gain a following as well.
Any tips for any aspiring streamers? How to get into the game, things to avoid etc?
Vegas Sisters: Definitely be prepared for all of the ups and downs that comes! Our best advice is to be yourself, show something interesting and unique and to be consistent on all platforms to grow. Some things to avoid are definitely the haters. We get those comments so frequently. But honestly, the haters are helping with the views!
The Vegas Sisters will be at the Venetian on the 17th to collaborate and share their knowledge in slots. Check out their socials:
